Event or session details (date, location, nature of event)
Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment providers — we do not store card details)
Images and video footage captured during the session
Any additional information you voluntarily provide

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

Confirm and manage your booking
Communicate with you before, during, and after your session
Deliver final images and films to you
Send invoices and process payments
Improve our services based on client feedback

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Image & Footage Usage

By default, we may use images or footage from your session for portfolio display, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer your images not be used publicly, notify us in writing before your session date and we will honor that request fully.

For corporate or business clients, images will not be shared publicly without explicit written consent unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.

4. Data Storage & Security

Client files and images are stored on encrypted, password-protected devices and cloud storage. We retain client data for up to 12 months after delivery, after which files may be deleted. We are not responsible for data loss after files have been delivered to the Client.

Clients are strongly encouraged to back up all delivered files upon receipt.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms for gallery delivery, payment processing, and scheduling. These platforms have their own privacy policies and data practices. We are not responsible for the data handling of third-party tools.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to the personal data we hold about you
Request corrections to inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal and operational requirements)
Withdraw consent for public use of your images at any time — note that images already published cannot be retroactively removed from all platforms

7. Minors

If a session involves minors (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent. Images of minors will not be shared publicly without explicit consent from the parent or guardian.
